    Hi,
I have a Geography Exam, and I don't seem to be able to revise for it. I'm getting a lot of pressure from my Parents that I should do well, but I can't think of anything worse than this one exam. the more I think about it the more stressed I get which means I can't do any good revision for it. I can't think of anyone I can talk to about this, and I am slowly falling apart.
    Any help or suggestions?
    Thank you

Take a long warm bath and relax, take your mind off of the exam for at least half an hour and you'll feel much better, then go back to it with a clear head and get the revision done, not too much however, if you've been over the spec and your notes then you know it, don't doubt your own ability or knowledge

Ive got geo edexcel units 1 and 2 this week

Im breaking it down to 2 bits

    1) opening the spec and writing out key notes for each but

    2) TONS of past papers, but only bullet pointing the longer questions so Im not too tired
