Is there an easier method to memorise genetic modification for GCSE 2016 AQA core science?

I researched this;
1) DNA taken from human cell
2) use a restriction enzyme to cut out the gene for insulin from the DNA
3) Using an enzyme cut the plasmid out of a bacterial cell
4) use restriction enzyme to cut a section of DNA from the plasmid
5) insert gene from insulin into the plasmid
6) use an enzyme to joing ends of DNA
7) put plasmid with the insulin gene back into the bacterial cell
8) leave bacteria to divide
9) insulin is removed and purified
10) ready for use in humans

In preparation of the b1 exam, I have done every past paper available and specimen paper, this is most likely to only be no more than a four mark question. There was a question similar and it was about genetic modification of zebra fish. I think you could get that all down to:
1)Enzyme used to cut gene for insulin from DNA
2) Enzyme used to cut plasmid out of bacterial cell
3) Insert insulin gene into bactertial cell
4)Allow the insulin to reproduce and it can be harvested
