Anonymous because I KNOW I will get ribbed for this. But I would like to know if anyone else finds themself in the same situation.
I'm currently sitting my A2s.
I am revising for 12 hours a day (on my minimum estimate).
I am sleeping for only 6 and a half hours a night.
I also did this all thought year 12 for my AS level revision and obviously got AAAA. But, this can't be good for me, can it?
This is what I have been doing in terms of revision every weekend day, holiday and since study leave started. I have been doing the same on school days (minus the hours between 7:30am when I leave for school and 4:30pm when I get home from school). I have been revising in this way since the second week of school in September.
Wake up at 5:30am.
Revise until 9:00am.
Breakfast at 9:00am.
Revise from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
Revise from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
Break from 3:00pm - 4:00pm.
Revise from 4:00pm - 6:30pm.
Dinner at 7:00pm.
Revise from 7:30 - 9:30pm.
Sleep at 11:00pm.

Yeah. Revising from 9 till midnight but with not as many breaks as yours. Actually i hardly take any breaks because i dont need them and it doesnt deter my performance or anything.
Definitely do make days where you dont revise at all. Or at least wont for half the day: spend time with family friends or just watch some movies
Definitely forward your start time to 7am. Breaks or no breaks but sleep IS important. Youre not getting enough. You'll feel a lot better if you just got your 8 hours.
Im doing Scottish Highers by the way X
