on the morning of the exam, i am so nervous, i dont eat much. I dont usually eat early in the morning (6 am) because i normally get hungry around 8-9am.
Anyway, closer to the time of the exam when i reach school, i get quite hungry. In the exam, for some strange reason, my stomach starts rumbling and really growling quite loudly which can be embarrassing and also distracting
it normally helps when i clench my stomach but this doesnt always work. Any tip?
