I am Irish and I will be attending a full time postgraduate course in Manchester come Sept 2016. I was wondering if someone could offer some clarification/advice/ help with regards funding. I was looking on the gov.uk site and it all seemed very confusing. When looking into student finance I got directed to apply using an EU16N application form. Is this just for undergraduate study?
Also do I need to setup a student finance account?

Any help would be really appreciated.

PGloan applications aren't open yet - the EU16N form is for undergrad.

We don't have the details about how applications will be managed so check back in June.
