Another win. Frustrating because of dropped points earlier in the season.

Yep the start under di matteo then January has stopped us having a chance.

Just think if we had 5/6 more points now we would be right in there for that 6th place

You know some of those players gave up on those runs at some point too. It's only natural when you've lost five in a row or haven't won in two months. "One more point dropped won't hurt" sort of thing.

Yea but with 24 points to play and half a dozen teams in front of us then 11 points for all of them to drop and us to win all 8 just isn't going to happen

Only one of them needs to drop 11. The others need to drop between 10 and none depending on goal difference.

Five of our games are at home.

I'm not saying we will do it but sixth place is nailed on.

Close, but not quite accurate with my prediction. Keep getting points on the board and who knows what might happen. Play offs look unlikely but if Wednesday lose another game and we win the next you never know. UTV need better performances than today though. Glad hogan is finally off the mark.
Finally club football is back, I fear the international break came at the wrong time for us.
