    Hi guys i am Mutaz an international candidate sitting for may june 2016 examination session,I am taking english as a second langauge(extended) lately they asked us to write an email concerning a topic and i wrote it and it was easy but i wrote the word "and" as symbols as i usaully do as

    Which i use as a symbol for it my question is will i be deduced for it or it wont be correct it or it would be too obvious for the examiner to figuire it out or its rejected or ignore IDK IM OVERTHINKING AND I NEED HELP IN WHAT PROCEDURE WILL BE TAKEN

    Generally the code of conduct in a written essay style exam is to not use any symbols, so they might take a few marks off but I don't think you'll fail because of it or anything
