i dont want want to physics i know i failed it and probably got an E and i feel like im going to fail psychology the only two i will pass is maths and economics so can i still drop psychology

Its unlikely, your venue will allow you to continue with only 2, as most universities want 3.

You can do whatever you want to do, so long as your college/sixth form will let you. However, In general universities will ask for three full A levels for admissions, particularly for 'academic' courses like economics or mathematics. If you're sure you've failed those AS levels and/or do not want to continue with them, it might be worth considering repeating the year.

you may also have to pay to take those 2 exams next year as you're only doing two
