I've been ill since Saturday and can't go longer than two hours without dashing to the loo! My brother had this last week and it took him the best part of a week to get over it. Any advice would be much appreciated!

given that this is highly contagious I should think no one would thank you for it! PLEASE don't risk giving it to everyone else. However, you could ring the school nurse and see what she can do- i know someone who is sitting their exams in the medical room at my school, so they might be able to do something like that. I'd say your best bet is giving the school a ring and see what they say . good luck! xx

Skipping your public exam isn't a small thing and you probably have to pay to do it again the next window. If you think you are ready for the paper and have studied well, then go and inform the invigilator about your issue, they might also give you more time and make it easy for you. If not, then you should probably just do it next time

Yh it sucks, I had it too, but fortunately (no clue how) I recovered in 2 days, which is a miracle since it takes a week normally, just in time for exams. Um, I would take IMMODIUM and cyclizine hydrochloride tablets if i were you and turn up and suck it in for 1 hour. If you sit down you should be fine.

Thanks for the advice! I will ring the school nurse and she what she suggests. As said I really don't want to be responsible for passing it on to everyone else so we'll see how it goes!
