Firstly, before you go into the exam hall try to avoid hanging around with people who will make you more anxious. Possibly go somewhere around the school which is quiter for 5 minutes, then try to get in just before it starts.Secondly, take 5 deep long breaths, this helps stop you stressing, think about something else.Thirdly, just remember it's not the end of the world if your GCSEs fail, life isnt all about exams, and you're not a bad person at all even if they fail. successful people still occur from doing bad in schoollastly, GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

Same I also found that looking over the brief flashcards, that I had previously made whilst revising, got me into the exam mode, calmed my nerves and reassured me that I revised well. However, I do advise doing this whilst alone because, if you're anything like me, none of it will stick and you'll panic about not being able to concentrate on it. This is just me though, but i do recommend it.
P.S If you're worried about my credibility, I got an A* in that GCSE physics exam, and an A in the biology and chemistry
    GOOD LUCK GUYS!:goodluck:
