This is basically just a quick first draft that I've done but could some people read through this and tell me what they think of it? Also, it isn't done yet as I don't know what else to write about.

    Dear (Teacher's name),
I am writing this letter to express interest in the role of Head Girl ; a role which is crucial in inspiring others but at the same time working in a team to create an environment where every pupil feel that their voices will be heard and their problems will be solved whether it be a Year 7 or a Year 9 trying to understand options and how they can impact on their future.

Head Girl is a role which presents its self with many challenges and I've always tried to challenge myself from leading parade at Cadets to coaching my fellow class mates with Sports Leaders! I want to know that when I leave in Year 11 that I've made a difference for the pupils of this school and the staff who have worked tirelessly to turn me and other students into the hard-working, approachable and motivated people we are today.
