Cultural studies - Tourism

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me.
I have 1 more day to write a 3000 word essay on the title 'To what extent is 'youth tourism' regarded as a clash of cultures. I started off studying it in correlation to negatives and positives and now my teacher has said 'dont regard it as a good or a bad thing just an inevitable part of the way that the contemporary world is structured under conditions of multiple abilities'. I am really struggling, I have ideas to do with liminality, staged authenticity, commodification and exploitation etc but if I am structuring my paragraphs according to them then am I properly answering the question? And aren't they all bad things? How do I balance this argument, as in is there really a way that youth tourism hasn't produced a clash of cultures?
