    Hi

    Why do sometimes, I just stress about something so small? I can't get rid of it, what should I do? It's affecting my health. Over nothing literally, like say someone said something to me for a joke, it stays with me and I stress over it.

    Well the best way of action would be seeing a psychologist, they know exactly how to deal with this kind of things but otherwise you can join an online group, something like "group therapy", there are many apps where people share their problems and other people respond, might be helpful, you should try
