    I didnt apply for maintance loan/grant for 15/16. Student finance sent an email to my parents asking if they want to continue to support my application but they declined it. Now my parents want to support my application but aren't able to because they can't find my application when entering my customer reference number via online.
    What should i do?

    Have they (or you) phoned up student finance to ask exactly what the problem is? They should be able to apply via the paper form.

    No we havent yet but i will be contacting student finance tomorrow. Is the procedure easier to apply via paper form or online?
