i got banned for 4 weeks for excessive swearing. What i'm most annoyed about is they didnt even warn me (they claim they tried to warn me by email, but the email apparently bounced...furthermore they decided to warn me at about 2 in the morning, before banning me at about 4am. So that means I had two hours to pick up a non-existent warning and correct my bad language in subsequent posts). so i have to use this account for now. Gah! I'm sorry to say it, but Expression isn't a good moderator.

continuing the tradition of mindless talk, I just saw 2 very excellent films. The first was casino royale, which I always thought was a serious james bond film, but I sat down to watch it at last and it is a really random and funny woody allen spoof - tis brilliant. And then to contrast that I watched edward scissorhands for the first time in years. With tim burton's films, I always watched them as a youngster because of the whackiness...just like with beetlejuice. I never got any of the story lines. But now i'm more grown up, and a month ago I watched beetlejuice and really enjoyed it, and now I have just really enjoyed edward scissorhands, tis such a sad film with a really nice ending. Gah i'm such a soppy fool. Depp was amazing as edward though! It has truly increased my respect for that man as an actor! But i thought those two of Burton's films were way better than Big Fish, that film was just boring!

Sorry to invade your thread again but just wanted to agree - I love Tim Burton and Johnny Depp separately but when they work together they make real magic Edward Scissorhands makes me cry though it's such a touching story...
