WOO! ahahahaaa! We all sound like steam trains!
Yup! All aboard the Cambridge Express.

I really like my insurance too, but it'd be a shame not to be able to meet the people on UKL.

I used to think i'd be ok going to my insurance.....but i really wanna go to Cambridge!!!!! Plus...KCL originally wanted me to pay full overseas fees....and they gave me an offer based on bio, chem and physics A levels when i was doing bio MATHS and physics...and their department took about 4 months to sort that out so i had to get the UCAS deadline extended for me to make my choices.....

bearing all that in mind..... i think i've gone off KCL a tad

Lol......i don't care about sounding like a steam train..as long as i get in!!!

Kathy...do you really not mind where you go to out of your firm and insurance then??

G
I do mind - purely because in London the rent is double the cambridge rent! In terms of pros and cons, both are the same - and Imperial is right up there with Oxbridge in terms of quality of teaching, research etc. Also the Earth Science and Engineering department had just had a refit and is all lovely and new!! Also London would be a brilliant place to live as a student!
Actually thinking about it, no - I don't really mind! ...but I would like to get my place at Camb because I worked so hard for those A's I needed - and also because I want to do my mother proud

EDIT: LOL Cambridge Express WAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!!
...sorry, hit my funny nerve

Hahahaha!!! The thing i'm worried about most in going to KCL though is that since it's in London..and the main campus is Waterloo...and it's only my insurance choice....i might not get an accommodation slot....which means i'd have to live at home and travel in by train everyday...and i couldn't bear to live at home for another year!!!!

Love my family and all...but they do grate on me ever so slightly...I NEED SPACE!!!

well i am due to get my old account back, but it turns out that due to the recent security issues, expression cant get onto the moderator panel to unban me. So I'm stuck with this account for a while more it looks.
