    i have gone to make a new cup specially to attempt to tell you what its like but its too hot to drink at the mo.i cant stand really hot drinks

    i cant stand hot drinks either. everyone thinks i'm crazy cos i'll quite happily drink what they consider to be cold tea!

    mine's cordless, green amd cost £5.50 from Argos! iseem to be collecting lots of green things atm! my new duvet cover is green, and yesterday i boughta green cord jacket from H&M!

    priya, you probably dont need one, dont panic and if you do argos sell cheapy ones as do tesco.

    oh, and in my last post it was meant to be a shocked rather than embarrassed face. i get confused with msn.

    damn, i was using the old argos catalogue for reference and we went to tesco first, and i remembered the argos cheapo kettkle wasnt cordless so we went for the sam=-0price but cordless tesco one>

    it doesnt matter expect mum had loadS of argos vouchers..

    On a slightly random but still related note - is anyone here a total non-sophisticate like me (and Geoff ), drinking neither tea nor coffee? (wow that was a bad sentence) I keep seeing things like 'coffee/tea with your DoS' in the stuff I've been sent - I'll be the one saying 'erm, tap water please' .

    Tea actually makes me feel ill, but I could potentially develop a taste for coffee in the next 11 days...

    dont worry about it! what about hot chocolate? mmmm green and blacks fairtrade hot chocolate is a very good substitute for tea/coffee!
    or maybe try redbush tea!

    I think it's only G&B cocoa powder that's fairly traded, but Divine do beautiful FT hot chocolate powder .

    lol I can't stand coffee, but I love the smell! So I may ask for coffee and just sit there sniffing it.

    I do like tea, but not enough to warrant rushing out to buy a kettle. Although I still might, for socialising purposes.

    my plans for making friends include a stack of dvds, a large boombox, some martini and lemonade, and tea coffee biscuits. and an open door lol

    I'm still searching for a half decent cheapish coffee machine. John Lewis only had shite ones and argos had sold ou. I'll have to go to camden to get one tomorrow.
