I'm starting my packing in about half an hour....obviously my computer will be the last to go!

All these packing panics makes feel lucky that I'm going up on Sunday. One extra day to do the packing... Current coughing due to cold/mild chest infection. I hope this would go away on Sunday morning. :frown:

I know the feeling, whilst technically I went to bed at 2, because some eejit thought it was a good idea to still be up at 5 the night before I couldn't get to sleep. And then I wake up at 8 too, I probably shouldn't have left my window open, I forgot morning traffic could be that invasive :frown:

Hopefully the coffee and reduced scones (at all of 10p!) will make my eyes stop hurting.

I volunteer to doctor the cats for you while you're in Cam. Morning guys, i'm all packed it just has to be put in the car in an hour or so when my parents get home from a morning in work. So excited!!! :rolleyes:

my parents are keeping the cats. I could donate one but I can't imagine any college wanting a cat called "cannabis" or "Halebopp-mandela" (the latter was the result of an unresolved family dispute). We also have a stray who lives with us called "Chavez" after the socialist venezualan president but I don't like the cat so I call him "Dr Mengele"

2 trips? how come? is there no way you can beg a friend to bring up extra stuff for you?

Not really... It is a hell of a long way (maybe not in miles, but in having to use th M25 or take a nearly 100 mile detour up the M40..)

I can't say I want to be there so I think the psychological benefits of seeing that I can have a room with stuff in it and still go home will make me a happier bunny.

I guess all you youngsters are all ready to go and get drunk,drugged up and pregnant. I'm just not looking forward to going at all (not that I could get pregnant, even if I wanted to..).

No thanks, drunk is occasionaly good. I did all my drugs when I was younger and realised they were a waste of money and i'm a bloke so I can't get pregnant. I have decided that I will try and do course work for at least 56 hours a week - is this possible?

I don't do drugs pol. Cos drugs are bad. Mmmkey? Children don't do drugs, cos drugs are bad. Mmkey?

I'm not likely to get drunk either cos I absolutely hate the tastes of beer and can't afford to buy wine. So I'll just stay away from anything that'll make me drunk.

yes. providing that your course work is either sleeping or you decide not to sleep at all.

i just ordered a 256MB USB pen drive from amazon, and its getting sent to me at selwyn! :eek:

i hope it will be ok, i mean its not exactly huge!
i know there was all that dispute about them, but the arch. dept advised i should get one, and it was only £16.99!

em... I'm sure the college master Sir Richard Dearlove wouldn't mind that. He has seen (or not seen :confused:

) far too much drugs in his life to get annoyed with a cat called cannabis.
