Well, firstly I had a mother-daughter tea party that clashed anyway :P. But I'm not supposed to drink anything with caffeine and even smelling coffee makes me hyper and I didn't want to embarrass myself :redface:

Awww shiny, it's a shame that you couldn't! It was nice, we ended up in Starbucks because Cafe Nero was packed, but it was good to meet people. Pol was videoing us, I don't know if he'll post stills or anything. You're going to have to come back to Cambridge.

Oooh, and the randomest thing! I had just arrived at the group and was making introductions when this girl came up and said "Are you Helen?" and she was a girl I knew from my old BBC forums ages ago! Then MadLy stopped and said hi to me as well, which was cool!
