i got a rowing squash tonight....and 9am lectures...and a hectic night tomorrow (playing for the uni)....and i dont actually drink alcohol so i'd be a bit of a bore! Although i'd probs be up for it maybe tuesday or something....if you dont mind me downing a pint of coke at each place rather than a pint of beer!

I have a brilliant excuse though (I happened by mistake). The man gets the drink, someone behind the bar may ask if you are at the college and the fella says "my girlfriend goes here". The man isn't lying (it happened to my bf... he meant "here" as in Cambridge) and you get to drink in the bar!

That's fantastic. Last year I went around a few of the colleges a week or two in, and the ones where you're supposed to be signed in etc I just said "duh, we're new here". Seemed to work.

Clare is nice though, anyone can drink, none of these annoying bars like Caius or Downing.
