if/when visesh returns, heres something for yo to do

4. What molecules need to be transported through nuclear pores?
- uracil, thymine, adenine, guanine, cytosine
- strands of mRNA
- ribosomes (if they are made in the nucleolus) and amino acids if required for making their protein subunits
- proteins, e.g. enzymes required in the nucleus (e.g. DNA ligase), histone proteins
- ATP
- Water (for hydrolysis of ATP)

suggest some or correc the ones i have. where do histones come from?
Who needs variety when you're adding the spice directly.

exactly. variety may be the spice of life but coriander and cumin are the spices offood. and since you dont eat life, as it were, id say food was more important.

17 onions to go!

Histones are the proteins DNA is wrapped around (in eukatyotes.) It's made with all its other protein friends by ribosomes in the cytoplasm.
