*ahem* ... Don't make me talk.
    You wouldn't

My calf muscles are all crampy from the ceilidh, it was great fun but exhausting. A few people really knew what they were doing, the rest of us spent quite a bit of time falling over our feet and crashing into each other. Came back to the bar in time for the end of open mic night, which was nice, shame they clashed as I'd have preferred to be at both!

I keep developing more random bruises. This worries me. Do I have some secret disease? Maybe it's plague.

What did you find out about blissy?

oh and helen...i've now been told either this coming thursday or would probs have to be the week after next.....can you do next thursday?
We can't do Thursday as we've got the U21 rugby team coming to play I think Monday or Weds of the following week would be good, though considering novice regatta starts on the Thursday, it may have to be a somewhat sedate affair. Let me know ASAP, I've got girls practically eating me!

And Baz - it's not S&M! I have no idea where they've come from.

no i still cant do it!
don't use spherical. That's a bad idea. Use erm... that thing about integrate e^(-x^2) from -infinity to +infinity. and cube it, since x, y and z are independent.

for that question you put it into plane polar co ordinates and then use the fact that e-(x^2/a^2) = e^(-y^2/a^2) = e^(-z^2/a^2). so you work out what one of them is and then cube it. i think
