Clare have never liked Tit Hall much. Especially the boaties. My college husband is particularly outspoken on the subject.

Wooo! I'm in Clareification three times this week! A new record!

Tit hall are lovely really- our bar lady wendy is nice but can get kinda stressed out, especially when people who aren't from our college are in the bar. but apart from that we are a v nice college and are v offended at being mentioned on a par with johns! (no offence to anyone at johns)

The bar woman in Tit Hall is not nice. She served all the other Girtonians (about ten of us) but wouldn't serve me :frown: When I went to get a drink from ent to bring into bar (which she said to do, as far as I could make out, she threw me out of bar. I thought this was for bringing non-bar purchased drink in so I downed it and returned. Then She pushed me out door and shut it in my face. Some Girtonians (including our bar rep) also got in an arguement with her after that and she threw us all out.

The Medsoc ent at Fez was worse (no other medical students by 9.30, so I returned to Tit Hall).

btw did u have a yellow top on by any chance? i think i may have seen you but not sure. the ent last night really wasnt that great though only went for the last hour but was nothing compared to our vivas! and wendy really is nice must have just been having an off day
Willa- if your still stuck on the arctanhx as a logarithm its:

(1/2)ln[(1+x)/(1-x)]

which can be written as (1/2)ln[1+x]-(1/2)ln[1-x]

can then be integrated to

(1/2)[(1/(1+x))-(-1/(1-x)] + C

which can be rearranged to

1/(1-(x^2)) + C

It didn't work with the Cambridge network he's changed the address. The site still exists. Ask Willa I'm sure he'll tell you the address. I can never find anything on there though cus I visited it only a few days ago!
Wooo good day!

1. went to first ever rally (and saw Griff Rhys Jones!!!)
2. finished neuro essay that has been hanging over head for over a week
3. discovered I have no path lecture on Wednesday!

Yay! Suddenly the sun is shining once more

i love the fact that our bar is student run  unless they have offers on (£1 rum shots for the pirates bop, for example), a few people will tend to bring their own, and hide it in a corner, or drink it all before entering the bar
Reply 11372

They were all being so nice yesterday saying we had done ourselves proud etc and that we were all doing really well...the back ache I'm now enduring proves them wrong! My technique must be awful in races, I was ok yesterday morning after the first few rounds then something went horribly wrong! I also have a very bruised and sore little finger where I bashed it during the race! I have a 2km erg test tomorrow, for some stupid reason I'm actually looking forward to it!

i'm not actually in pain. think i pulled a muscle in my side from putting the boat away, (when its on shoulders i tend to contort myself into odd positions) but other than that im fine. i dont get it. everyone else in the boat has painful legs/wrists. maybe i didnt go all out and push myself? cos it killed me straight after
