ya know, I do think we spend too much money on defence, but I betcha everyone wouldn't be going round going ooh ooh lets not spend any money on defence let's give it all away if they thought there was a serious chance of us being invaded (or similar) as in c.1938. then everyone would be going on about how ridiculously short-sighted it was of the govt. to cut defence budgets, except they'd be going on about it in german. or possibly chinese. or maybe, if we're really doomed, Shuai's word salad.

Incidentally, I'm really loving coming from nottingham. It's a positive boon in E&B. No one else in my supervision group had ever heard of people taking nutmeg for fun and profit, whereas several of myf riends were avid consumers. The vicky market spice stall was positively booming during t heir glory days, and not just with me buying coriander.

Brings back memories of GCSE biology when my friend and i designed the best greenhouse in our biology group. ours was replete with hydroponic systems and stuff, it was great. it was the only time me and my friend triumphed. shortly after that we got separated :frown:

and i had to spend the rest of the GCSE years sitting at the front or wandering off to more interesting rooms :wink:

Aah, those were the days.

I've never read the book of 100 legal highs, I just have a lot of friends with nothing better to do with their lives.
