I haven't seen this year's yet, but it's generally that you create a team of strikers, midfielders, defenders, goallies etc out of the pool of `players' then if they pull and it's reported then their points are adjusted to your score. Ie as a striker helen will get points for pulling, but if she were a goallie then points would be removed if she pulled.

Do you get extra points for pulling people from other colleges? Especially the likes of Girton and Homerton.
