I can confirm from 5:30am-about 8:40am it was indeed snowing and actually beginning to stick...to my face at least! I loved rowing this morning, my mates now think I am actually insane but it was really fun! (Especially being the least hungover member of the crew!)
Lol since our victory on saturday my boat seem totally ****ed! Not only have I got my cough I've had for 2 weeks now (Any medic know what the hell I can do about it!!!) but half the crew are vomitting and the rest can barely stand up. VICTORY SHOULDNT DO THIS TO US!

hehehehe lol well serve your crew right for getting drunk I suppose
Have some honey water - good for coughs/sore throat
Fair enough - they overworked themselves then, before the race. How do you row properly when you're vomitting anyway? - they should've just stayed home and had a rest.
Helen Good formal at John's? 5:30am is really not far enough away! They've organised the 1st VIII coach for us...they will not be pleased at thge state of my crew!!
Oh dear God I have not been that drunk in a LONG time. Was much much fun, but rowing this morning was not, considering that 5 of us were disgustingly hungover and sleep deprived. As formals go though, this one was even more successful than the Pembroke one!
The way it's phrased doesn't make sense though... ahh well.
Lol I think I got confused with him getting drunk for a korfball victory. Still don't understand why you'd go rowing when you're that ill though.
They weren't ill for the race, only afterwards, I think. Otherwise they'd never have won. And you row when you're ill because boaties are stupid. And because if you don't go, the whole crew can't go out and they get annoyed that you've been wasting their time. It's crazy, I know.
