sometimes it's ok and sometimes it's awful. the jcr are trying to sort it out though. it's useful for when you can't be bothered to cook (which for me is quite often) but i wouldn't advise trying to survive on meals there alone, you'd end up both malnourished and obese all at once!

I don't think I could ever survive on any sort of fully catered (non-parental) food... If the food is bad it'll just encourage me to cook healthier and cheaper myself which would be quite good. Do New Court kitchens have anything resembling an oven? I need to cook scones with some regularity or I go mad.
