then don't learn them. learn the rest of the 2nd term stuff and do a q on that.

I hope a SHM question would come up with a EM question. I can cope with EM, but wave is just a bit off. Optics is probably going to be terrible for me, since I haven't even touched on that yet.

Hoping for a shrody's equations q. A simple machenics q and maybe a good SR q.

Oh yeah. Women, too.

Um, well, we've had plenty of other innovations since Cambridge started. Electric lights, computers, telephones, whiteboards, spectrophotometers... they're happy enough to use those.

I suppose. I've heard there's something weird about Senate house and electric lights though, can't remember what it is though.

i've never done a schrodinger past paper q. i hate it.

i want a nice energy/mechanics/rotational type q, relativity, a gauss em q, and that heat capacity stuff about rotational and vibrational thingies. optics is happy because i did the lenses writeup. maybe some of that perpendicular and parallel theorem stuff. no LCR. PLEASE NO LCR CIRCUITS

LCR isn't too bad just so long they don't ask me about resonance.

I'm hoping for: A nice collisions question, an SR question, a gauss question, an LCR question, and a simple schrodinger question. It would make my day if the two section C questions were a gauss and an LCR....I can really nail those (i hope)!
having said that, last year's paper was easy. So, this year's.... expecting to be hard.

*sigh* no emma boats got on in the getting on races.

Does that mean you're not in bumps or something?

lol, no it means that none of the lower emma boats can row (i.e. the rugby boat)
That's it, I'm giving up on revising Physics.
Don't do itttttt!!

Don't do itttttt!!

Stop telling me what to do and get on with some hardcore maths. You know it's for you own good.

Me on the other hand, have had enough with physics after a year.

Well the majority of my remaining exams are maths :frown:

You misconstrue  Maths are my favourite exams; the ' :frown: ' was agreement with Camfo's statement that I should be revising :frown:

Deary me, getting quite sensitive

A'level exams are never hardcore maths. Get your some real stuff.

Well "paranoid" I think would be a better term.

Cambridge mathmos don't need to revise for maths surely.

Memorize the axioms of the real numbers and then deduce everything else from first principles.

hehe true, revision should be devoted to STEP, not mere A Level...

As to starting from first principles, I did that last week

CAMFO: I have books on said subject...I just want to be in bed all day though, and write my stories :frown:

read it! You know you want the REAL THING!

What know you of this "Number Theory", young Turk?

Have you actually studied any? RSA cryptography is well cool if you have had a chance
