Macs are not supposed to fail to boot ... so no need for an error message However, I think you can boot from that system CD you get with your mac and maybe it's a bit more tech-friendly there? Dunno, never had to do it.

the keyword is "suppose". What happens if it did fail . You are screwed .
Windows has been quite well behaved ever since it XPed itself.

It's in pc world on display. Not a good publicity stunt. I don't know where that picture is anymore, it's somewhere in my piles of backups. It certainly isn't on my mobile phone... although I do have a picture of windows 2000 going into blue screen, and that was taken at the Birmingham airport.
