I have been offered roles at 4 different graduate companies as follows.

    1. Big four accounting firm (ACA)
    2. Boutique investment bank
    3. Leading discount retailer (Massive pay and car)
    4. Leading online sports betting brand (ACCA/CIMA)

I do not feel excited anymore about any of them and have no idea which option to take.

I love having a work-life balance so option 4 would be the best on that basis however, it will have the lowest career earning prospects.

How important is having work-life balance vs earning more money?

The answer to your last question is very much down to the individual. You seem to value a work life balance from what you have said, and as long as the last option provides you with enough to live off of and do what you want with it, then it sounds like it will be a good option for YOU.

Plus the more you enjoy the career, the more likely you are to succeed and progress within it. CIMA will also allow you to be a little more transferable into other sectors too.

It sounds like you will jump ship soon afterwards anyway if you're not really interested in any of them. So maybe look for one that will give you a short-term advantage (qualifications/responsibility etc) as these will help more in transferring to a different career than a salary will (which can sometimes hinder you).
