    Hi guys,

I'm a 19 year old uni student and I've now got 4 months of holiday. Something that's really been bugging me all my life is my weight. I have an over active thyroid and therefore I'm quite thin. However, recently I've started to gain quite a bit of weight, but only really around my belly. I'm about 5 foot 11 and weigh around 60kg, although I haven't weighed myself in ages. My arms are still really thin. I'm just wondering what's the best way to work out. I have a set of dumbbells, I'm wondering if they would be enough for me to gain muscle, or would you recommend joining a gym?

You need a structured diet and beginner workout routine to get maximum result which does mean youll need to join a gym, try the bodybuilding .com forum plenty of great info there

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
