    You're not putting this is any context. Who said these thing and to what end? The way you have quoted them they could have come from someone either urging Norwegians to join the EU or reject membership.

    I think you have to remember that Norway is a member of the EEA, and that puts it under most of the obligations of EU membership, including oversight by the EFTA court.
