ok, do look at the ideal mass calculator then;
http://www.medindia.net/doctors/Clin...ody_weight.asp
wont bother hyperlinking just do a copy n paste job..
Umm....I'm probably really thick, but I don't really get how this works. I got out "Lean Body Weight is = 57.16 Kgs." - so is that how much I'm supposed to weigh then? 'Cause that's actually more than I weigh at the moment.

Ah go on...that's only a 2kg difference. That's nothing. I don't think it's possible to pin down an "ideal" weight like that. There must be a range which counts as "healthy"....and if the calculator says you should be around 61, then 63 is pretty damn close.

It's annoying beyond on the borderline. One website suggests that I am just in normal weight, others suggest I am underweight by 1 BMI.

I'd say either way you have nothing to worry about. BMI is only an approximate thing anyway.

probably exercise. my bf is like that, he eats a ridiculous amount and gets made up when he puts on like a pound. go the gym and try and build up muscle (that's what my bfs doing and it's nice.hmm). oh and beer

I think that you mean 26.2. 36.2 means that you are morbidly obese.

Are you sure?

How tall are you, and how much do you weigh?
