I gave been trying to do more exercise for the past few years and it has not gone well. I was obsessed with Blogilates workouts and Tone It Up but after a while I just got bored of them, even if she posts new ones I just don't like the workouts anymore.
I tried Jillian Michaels 30 day (didn't get past level 1 cause I was too scared and now have left it too long to move up) and absolutely loved it and her workouts but can't bring myself to start the programme all over again when I can pretty much recite her entire DVD.
I have tried the Nike Training app but without an actual human being to follow and motivate me I did not like it.

For weightlifting: Christian Guzman, The Lean Machines (they also do a decent amount of bodyweight stuff you can do at home). If you get in to weightlifting more, there are hundreds, if not thousands of great YouTubers that can help you learn. Just make sure to do lots of research on technique!
If I'm looking to do a cardio workout at home, I'll just type in the search bar the type of exercise I'm looking for.
