I will be taking my GCSE Spanish exam this friday, (20th MAY). I will be sitting the foundation exam.
My course work is either a strong C or a B (my teacher is telling me tomorrow). This coursework will be 60% of my overall grade.
The remaining 40% will be listening and reading 20% each.

I just wanted to ask 2 things:

Firstly, if my coursework is a B and I get 2 C's in the exam would my average be a B?
Secondly, is it possible to get a B in spanish overall despite me doing foundation?

    Thanks for any help.

    1) The coursework is worth 60% overall and the exams are worth 40, so yes, you would probably average as a B.

    2) No, since the exam is foundation you cannot get higher than a C.

Aim for the B overall though - it's a very respectable mark! Well done on your coursework
