This is a cycle that's been really hard.
My CV is very promising, and I look great on paper. I always manage to get trial shifts. But I always end up NEVER getting the job. Every trial shift It's like "I can't wait to get the email letting me know I didn't get it because of XYZ"
I don't really know what to do. A lot of job managers want you to show them your 'personality' and I end up feeling like maybe I don't have a personality because i'm not particularly outspoken and find it difficult to be open with people.
What do I need to do to get out of this rut and get a job/get confidence?
I've tried therapy but it didn't seem to work.
Can't get a job because social anxiety/Lack confidence. Need a job to get confidence. Watch

This is a vicious circle.
Get some counselling or anxiety medication
