    this happened to me once and I broke down. (this is what technology has done to me - disgusting)

    anyway, press & hold for about 7 seconds the ipod power button and the apple button(centre button). this should help it work

    Try connecting it to iTunes through your computer.

    This happened to me and it worked

    You're going to need to restore your iPod touch with iTunes. If you're unable to do this, pop it into recovery mode and connect it to iTunes. (see: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201263) You will unfortunately lose all of your data.

    Also moving this to a more appropriate section!
