For separate chemistry science: If you get A-A*-A*, does that mean overall = A*? Watch

Well I have just done my GCSE Chemistry C1 2 hours ago.

I feel that I have done good but certainly not good enough. I think I can achieve an A, but this is not what I am planning to get for chemistry.

My optimism is becoming dominant and making me think that it is not possible for me to get an A* as my overall grade now...

I just wanted to clarify this with the members of the Student room community to clear this for me.

    Thanks a lot.

Depends on UMS. A low A and low A*s could mean an A overall, a high A and decent A*s can bring it up to A*.
Also consider your ISA. It's weighted equal to a paper.

It's the coursework you must have done at some point. They only take about 4/5 hours so won't have taken you long.
