What would be the best way to get accepted onto a Biomedical engineering MSc if you have a 2:2 civil engineering degree but your dissertation was related to biomedical engineering? Would you need relevant work experience? I've also worked for a year in the civil engineering industry.

Work experience always helps. There are some unis that will be ok with a 2.2, relevant experience and a relevant dissertation. Your best bet is to email and ask.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
