Just thought I'd make a thread for anyone who wants to talk about anxiety and how their exams are going. I've got severe anxiety, PTSD and suffer from panic attacks and so exams are an incredibly stressful time. It seems impossible to get through the next four weeks with my GCSEs, but I'm just trying to take it one exam at a time.

Although it seems like grades are everything, there is life after exams and whatever you achieve, don't let that grade define you! It'd be nice if we could all say how we're feeling and support each other on here! We're going to get through this!

I find that revising prevents anxiety. I used to be worried about exams, like in year 9 when they didn't matter, but nowadays I'm confident in the stuff I've revised and even when I haven't revised from mocks I know I still can do well. So having a little faith in yourself can help.

Anwyas, I hope you can try to forget about exams, and aren't feeling anxious. I can imagine it must be hard for you x
