Missing the conditional offer by a minor percent

i received a conditional offer of 38 IB points along with 7,6,6 in HLs and 7 in Mathematics HL from LSE.
After giving my IB exam i feel like i would be easily able to attain an IB score of 42 with 7,7,6 in my HLs. However i am bit ambiguous about 7 in Mathematics HL. Would i still be considered if miss the condition of achieving 7 in Maths HL? What would be my chance of getting in if i get an IB score of 42 with 7,7,6 in HLs?
Course: BSc in Finance
