    Hi

I'm in my AS year at college studying maths, chemistry, biology and PE.

I'm worried I won't get straight A's this year, do you think I should reconsider applying to medical school?

You don't need straight As at as to get in to medicine. Wait and see what your results are. It may just be a case of having to knuckle down next year to get those grades up to As.

See what happens first? It's not like you need to make a decision right now.

Anyway, even if you don't get all As in your AS levels your teachers could still predict you AAA, which is what matters most.

I would first see what you get, if you don't get the minimum predicted grades you're an unlikely candidate. In their eyes academic aspect is very important, but I wouldn't let that change your mind. Don't give up and just say "ain't gonna get them grades" keep going mate, you never know!
