So I like this girl and whenever we see each other, it always turn into an awkward silence maybe because I'm just shy and we talk sometime... And yesterday my friend texted hi to her on my phone because he saw the message she sent me the day before about her asking to borrow my lighter at like 1 in the morning. Now she texted me hi back and I could just say something to end the conversation easily but I don't want to, so what should I say, I really don't want to **** this up:/

Ask her how she's doing, just make some general conversation

Just be confident! Girls are more likely to be into you if you show you are a confident person. Also, just reply with a "Hey! How are you?" or anything that can continue the conversation. Just talk to her by messages and you will find it easier when you see her in person.
