I'm inclined to agree, probably 73 or 74 for full UMS, 67 or 68 for 90UMS and 62-63 for 80UMS

The average for an A since 2009 is 62.4. I thought the paper was slightly more difficult than usual; a lot of people didn't get question 9 (b), and quite a few people probably struggled with the first induction question.

The only papers with an A boundary below 60 are June 2013 (both the normal and R papers; 58 and 59 respectively). Looking at these papers, I'd say the boundary will be around 60 (+/-2).

Is the standard not 60/75 for an A?

Most people seem to agree that this paper was harder than usual, so wouldn't a more reasonable A boundary be ~56-58/75? (roughly 76%)

    I'd estimate 64 for an A.

Last year people came out of the exam with the same consensus - one PBI question was found difficult and people complained about the notation given on the last question. I think it'll be around 61 for an A.

Look at last this year's poll compared to last year's (in the first post):

The general opinion is clearly different. :erm:
