I'm currently in my final year of high school in one of the Nordic countries and this fall I will begin my studies at Warwick (BSc Management). I wonder of how big importance my grades will be when applying for IB spring weeks. The grading system differs from a-levels but according to Warwick they are equivalent A*AA/AAA. However, my grade in my final year mathematics will be B in the system of my own country.

To get to the point - how much do IBs take high school grades into consideration compared to, for instance, which university you study at?

Won't really matter, your overall grades are fine.
