I personally think that it may be the theme of responsibility for AIC, it would definitely be a god send if it was

Another thread suggested that the question that may come up could be about the Inspector as he, as an individual character, has not come up in the past.
I'm quite excited about this to be honest - there's a lot you could say about him. As well as Gerald.

I hope that Curley and his wife come up for of Mice and Men!

I don't think there would be much to say about Gerald? But if the inspector came up that would be awesome, and yes if they came up for OMAM it would be a breeze, there's so much you could say about the setting, talk about biblical context and all of that!

Gerald is quite a secretive character. Throughout the play he doesn't seem to agree with either the capitalists (Sybil and Arthur) nor the socialists (Eric and Sheila) - He is the midpoint, possibly an activist between the two states of capitalists and socialists or a peacemaker, although he seems to side with the capitalists toward the end of the play.
Gerald is also the midpoint between the age gap. We never learn his age but we know that Sybil and Arthur are the older generation and Sheila and Eric are the younger. The way Gerald presents himself seems to be between both the ages.
Gerald is again, the midpoint (peacemaker) between the two states of capitalism and socialism.
He is marrying into a family crisis (a family that cannot agree between capitalism and socialism) which suggests that he is bringing the two states together and possibly trying to make them come together and agree on something. (Gerald does this through marrying Sheila, the socialist).

This may mean that Gerald symbolises peace activists at the time (before the war), trying to bring the two states together to make Britain a better place to live.

Idk. Just try to be perceptive about him.

That's quite a good way to look at it actually, but what would you say about him forgetting everything towards the end and eventually siding with the older generation. That the capitalists won't ever change and can only be changed through violence? Like when another inspector calls, trying to say that only the socialists can persevere?
