What is the easiest combination (in your opinion) of modules for Maths and Further Ma Watch

    What is the easiest combination (in your opinion) of modules for Maths and Further Maths for Alevel.

    Well, it really depends on what you are good at. I personally hate Mechanics and love Stats, but other people will dislike Statistics. I don't really know what you prefer, but for me, based on the modules I've done/am doing, if I could pick just 12 I'd do:
    C1-4
    FP1-2
    D1
    S1-4
    M1

    However, this is definitely not the same for everybody. I know people who find FP3 easier than S3! (Edit: also see example below )

    Further Maths:
    AS FP1 D1 S2
    A2 FP2 FP3 M2

    I think it is, yes. You may want to check with e.g. a teacher who probably knows better than I do (and maybe there are certain combinations which won't work at your school), but I'm pretty sure there's no reason why that wouldn't be allowed.

    Do you have to choose now? Is there any flexibility in your A level spec which will allow you to do s1, d1 and m1 first, and then choose your "2" modules later? As others said, it really is down to what you find easiest, and what you like the most, and you really won't know until you've at least done a little bit of them all.
