second postgraduate course

Hi there,

I'm a EU student and I already started a postgraduate course in my home country before I got an offer from a British University.

Now I want to change postgraduate courses and I'm wondering if this effects my eligibility for a loan, even if I haven't finished my (first) Master degree yet.

If you haven't qualified with a masters degree then you'll be eligible for the PGL.
