Hmm, i am currently doing my gcse at the moment, and i plan to go onto teaching as well. What do you want to do for college? Are you doing A-Level?

Your next step should be to take A levels with the intention of going on to university to do a degree. You don't need to think beyond that at the moment.

Depends what subject you want to teach in terms of which subjects you should take at A Level.

I only have one question: what makes you think you would like to be a headteacher?

Ignore being a head for now, that's 20y+ in the future.

    1) Decide if you want to teach early years, primary or secondary.
    2) if secondary, decide which subject. If primary, decide which KS (1 or 2)
    3) choose relevant A-Levels that will help you...
    4) ...get onto a relevant degree.
    5) If you want to apply for a PGCE straight away, get some school experience during your 3rd year.

To be honest I'd say go and get some work exp whilst you're doing A Levels to make sure you enjoy it and are interested Decide if you want to do Secondary/Primary. Either way, you're better of getting a degree in the subject you want to teach than doing a primary education degree.. hoep that helps
