Hi everyone! I suppose the question is pretty self-explanatory; does anyone know if it's legal to trade binary options under Tier 4 general? I'm pretty sure the Home Office didn't say anything about it so I'm assuming it's entirely legal?

As far as I'm concerned, it's technically not classified as 'working', as more information about binary options can be found under the government's Gambling Commission website so it's classified as 'gambling', therefore profits are subjected to neither national insurance nor taxes (the brokers are subjected to taxes to get a license here).

Taking all that into account I don't see why not right? Any thoughts?? Thanks!!
